In the machining of oil casing threads, the intelligent CNC turning and milling composite machine integrates the Mitsubishi thread compensation algorithm from Japan, achieving nanometer level precision forming of API standard taper threads with a thread fit clearance of less than 2 μ m, significantly improving the service life of oil and gas wells.
