CNC Engraving Machine Features:
With 24000 RPM Spindle, the CNC Engraving Machine can guarantee superior finished surface and higer productivity. The large bed with Meehanite Casting can provide rigidity, high cutting and engraving performance, long time accuracy and damping against vibration. The bed structure is designed symmetrically with large size, which can make the CNC Engraving keep in good geometries and thermal features.
The casting has been through FEM analysis, which can provide high rigidity and precision. The symmetric casting iron can help the machine minimize thermal deformation, which is also good to higher positioning and repeated positioning accuracy.
The CNC Engraving Machine has optimal leveling system, which can provide good support for the workpiece and cutting capability. And there is only less deviation in loading. This system can give good straightness and accuracy, higher stability, smooth motion.
All the parts are Germany, Japan and Taiwan made components to ensure the durability and long-term stability of machine. X Y Z Axis use the linear guide way, which can guarantee the traverse rate and machining precision. Taiwan PMI or HIWIN ball screw has the advantages of precision, wear-resistance, low friction, flexibility and smooth motion.
The spindle use high speed spindle with inverter for speed adjustment, which can do machining with samll-size machining tools. The rotation precision is higher, and the rotation vibration is lower, and the noise is also lower.

CNC Engraving Machine Quality Control::
Inspection and acceptance can be done after testing in manufacturer’s factory. Geometric and positioning accuracy inspection, and do machining on spot. Make sure the processing accuracy and range meet technical requirement. Machine can be delivered after both of seller and buyer sign.
The machine is also inspected by our advanced engineers using the laser interferometer for the positioning deviation&repeatability according to the highest standard. The machine is also checked for its geometrical accuracies before delivering.
The CNC Horizontal Machining Center is also tested in our company with the related workpieces and required tool. And in the process, our engineer also fully inspected the testing process and achieve the highest precision.
Before delivering, we also verify all parameters against machine specification and technical data. Machine will run continuously for 8 hours at full rated parameters. After the running test, the machine should be under perfect working condition. After installation and commissioning, we guarantee that positional and geometrical accuracy values will be verified.
