The 3 Axis CNC Machining Center, designed by Taesin with years of expertise and the latest technology, is a kind of machine with high precision and productivity.
For eliminating thermal growth and improving accuracy, the axes are driven by high rigidity and high precision double anchored ballscews. This special design has guaranteed the perfect positioning and repeatability with almost no thermal growth. The digital servo motor is connected directly with each axis to guarantee the high rigidity and almost no thermal displacement. The cooling system in the spindle can minimize the thermal displacement when doing long-time machining operations, which also can ensure the accuracy and thermal stability
Taesin 3 Axis CNC Machining Center has been through complete FEM analysis, which ensures high rigidity and precision. The symmetric cast iron frame has good effect on minimizing thermal deformation. Stable precision machining and accurate positioning machining can be easy achieved.
Taesin 3 Axis CNC Machining Center has the ribbed column which ensures the strength, rigidity and stability for vibration-free and chatter-free heavy cutting. Column has wide bottom, compatible with the bed, ensures stiffness, rigidity and dynamic stability for the Z-axis move. Similarly, the saddle and table are heavily reinforced to provide stability, support and precise tracking throughout the workzone for the heavy cutting.

3 Axis CNC Machining Center Quality Control:
Taesin use HEIDENHAIN measuring systems to do checking and inspecting in our factory. And our engineers also attend HEIDENHAIN factory training courses for enough professional knowledge, full understanding and precise operation, which can guarantee the machining precision after years of use. At the same time, we also establish our own rich experience background and great professionalism. Taesin has all the necessary equipment and device to do measuring and inspecting to provide best QC control. With these measuring equipment and device, we can check and judge the actual situations of the machine. And we can also track and take a record of the technical data and accuracy conditions of the machine. The machine defective works, wears and failures and potential personal injuries can be avoided.
Before delivering, we also verify all parameters against machine specification and technical data. Machine will run continuously for 8 hours at full rated parameters. After the running test, the machine should be under perfect working condition. After installation and commissioning, we guarantee that positional and geometrical accuracy values will be verified.
