Taesin CNC Vertical Drilling Machine is designed with the pyramid structure with the features: strong, stiff and rigid. Each side can get the strength support from the other two against lateral pressures. This Pyramid structure doesn’t bend, deform, twist or change shape, which can provide good thermal stability, rigidity, accuracy and stiffness. This is good for machining heavy cutting with high precision and stability.
The CNC Vertical Drilling Machine ribbed column ensures the strength, rigidity and stability for vibration-free and chatter-free heavy cutting. Column has wide bottom, compatible with the bed, ensures stiffness, rigidity and dynamic stability for the Z-axis move. Similarly, the saddle and table are heavily reinforced to provide stability, support and precise tracking throughout the workzone for the heavy cutting. The hole position is made with the help of X, Y coordinates and the Z coordinate-make the drilling machine move up and down.
