CNC Vertical Milling Machine Features:
Taesin CNC Vertical Milling Machine body structure has been strongly ribbed and casted. For maintenance,, the rotary table can be taken off without disassembling the saddle. The super size and high precision rotary table can handle heavy loading. Lubrication on the rotary table can make the table rotates smoothly and stably. The backlash during machining can be erased by the servo-motor drive and double worm gear driving system.
Taesin CNC Vertical Milling Machine ribbed column ensures the strength, rigidity and stability for vibration-free and chatter-free heavy cutting. Column has wide bottom, compatible with the bed, ensures stiffness, rigidity and dynamic stability for the Z-axis move. Similarly, the saddle and table are heavily reinforced to provide stability, support and precise tracking throughout the workzone for the heavy cutting.
For guarantee the quality, the geometrical accuracy and repeatability and positioning accuracy are all tested by laser equipment. The machine roundness is measured by ball bar. And the geometrical testing is completely after 24 hours when cutting and machining test is finished.
Taesin CNC Vertical Milling Machine structure has been FEM analyzed to guarantee stability when doing high-speed and precision machining. The deformation testing has been done to ensure the rigidity and excellent bending-resistance. The guide rail is with large span section, and the spindle is much closer with support rail to increase the column rigidity.
Taesin CNC Vertical Milling Machine Inspection and Quality Control:
1. Acceptance Standard: According to the technical requirement and parameter.
2. Inspection and Acceptance Requirement:
Inspection and acceptance can be done after testing in manufacturer’s factory. Geometric and positioning accuracy inspection, and do machining on spot. Make sure the processing accuracy and range meet technical requirement. Machine can be delivered after both of seller and buyer sign.
The machine is also inspected by our advanced engineers using the laser interferometer for the positioning deviation&repeatability according to the highest standard. The machine is also checked for its geometrical accuracies before delivering.
The CNC Horizontal Machining Center is also tested in our company with the related workpieces and required tool. And in the process, our engineer also fully inspected the testing process and achieve the highest precision.
Before delivering, we also verify all parameters against machine specification and technical data. Machine will run continuously for 8 hours at full rated parameters. After the running test, the machine should be under perfect working condition. After installation and commissioning, we guarantee that positional and geometrical accuracy values will be verified.
