Taesin Precision CNC Machining Center has the highly rigid integrated rib reinforced structure, which provides high stability and super precision machining. The machine body uses the bridge-type symmetrical structure with almost no thermal displacement. And the rigidity and stability are also improved by the single-piece cast iron structure(column&top beam).
For ensuring high-speed and high-precision machining, Taesin Precision CNC Machining Center is equipped with a highly rigid feed drive system which use large diameter ball screws and high speed interpolation control function.
Low heat generation can be realized when do both high-precision rotation in a high-speed and heavy-duty cutting in a low speed. By the unique mechanism of the preload self-adjusting spindle that applies a large preload at low-speed rotation while preload decreases in accordance with the amount of heat generation of the spindle bearing at high-speed rotation, heavy-duty cutting, high-speed machining of highly hardened steel and high precision machining with helix end mill that generates a thrust-reversing force are realized.
