For the CNC Tapping Machine quality, we do strick test and inspection: RENISHASW laser detector test the precision of each machine strictly, do the dynamic compensation according to the fact data in the scene,ensure the best position precision and repeat position precision. And RENISHASW circulation detector, and pass through the improve of cnc system servo,ensure machine's straight and vertical precision.
During the warranty period, any damage due to the quality, we will be responsible for the replaced parts. If the machine problem is not belonging to our machine quality problems, when the buyer needs us send engineers to provide repairing service, we charge the related cost.

1. Installation and Testing: Our engineer provide free installation and testing, and train local operator and mechanic; Buyer should bear the cost of flight ticket, food and hotel.
2. Technology Support: According to the finished product features, engineer will adjust related CNC machine parameters and train local operator and mechanic.
3. Guarantee: 12 Months after successful running; Any damage because of quality during 12 months, Seller will be responsible and provide the parts for free.
4. Within 24 Months, we provide software technology consulting service.

2.1 Inspection and acceptance can be done after testing in manufacturer’s factory. Geometric and positioning accuracy inspection, and do machining on spot. Make sure the processing accuracy and range meet technical requirement. Machine can be delivered after both of seller and buyer sign.
